We have finally arrived into our new home in Pittsburgh and are spending countless hours unpacking and organizing and cleaning and…..well, the list goes on and one so I won’t bore you with more. But needless to say, we are very blessed to be in such a fantastic city and to have a beautiful home. We owe the Lord all the props for getting us to where we are right now. Without his provision, guidance, and sovereign will, we would not be where we are at today. So God, thank you, thank you, thank you! Since we are in and starting to plant our roots, I will start to blog more regularly. It has been a crazy transition with more to do than I could have possibly ever imagined. But we made it through and are excited to be on the other side of it. Our heart for Pittsburgh seems to be growing every day and even though we have been practically consumed with the move and renovation of our home, we haven’t forgot the whole reason we are here in the first place, to make disciples, to give life to a community, and to assist the Holy Spirit in transforming the city of Pittsburgh!
As I said, I will be blogging more regularly so be on the look out for experiences, insights, thoughts, etc from our journey. Oh, I almost forgot…baby update. We are at exactly three months and counting till our baby boy arrives. Jamie is doing fantastic, the baby is healthy/growing and Annali is so excited to have a little brother! She talks about him all the time. Please continue to pray for Jamie and for him.
