Church Planting Boot Camp Update #1

This week is going to be a fantastic week for Jamie and I, do you know why?  Well, we will be attending the Assemblies of God Illinois District Church Planting Boot Camp all week.  This is an intensive week long relational and training/resourcing commitment for those people who will be planting a church within the fellowship of the Assemblies of God.  Since that is us, we will be starting up tomorrow and going all the way through Friday.  I will be updating the blog every night this week with thoughts and experiences from the day!  My hope is that there is someone out there who will be going through this step either soon or potentially, and they could be blessed and encouraged by my thoughts and experiences this week.  My goal is not to tell you exactly what we are doing, but to tell you exactly what God is doing in us, for this specific time, place and season of our life!   I just thought of this potential problem though, I’m not sure if the location we will be at will have wireless internet…..aaahhh….If they don’t, I always have my iPhone WordPress app which will work, but I’m just sure I will make multiple typo’s and I can’t upload pictures.  My PRE-appologies if I have to go that route, but let’s hope the Fighting Illini at the camp grounds are much more advanced than I think they will be (p.s. I so hope I’m wrong)!
