Building On The Dream
This morning at LifeStone Church, we finished an exciting series called, “Greater Things” with a very special announcement! This series has been designed to motivate us to seek God’s greater things in our life and our church! We kicked off the series the first Sunday in July with a word I believe God gave me several months ago as we were preparing for our one year anniversary as a church. The word was “that we as a church and individuals were going to experience LEVELS of growth this year” in many different ways.
The special announcement was that today, we are launching a church-wide future facilities campaign called “Building On The Dream”. If there is anything that will represent a new level and eventually take us to new levels as a church, it is something like this. This financial campaign will assist us in moving forward with the dream and vision God has given LifeStone Church by pursuing and preparing for a permanent building which will enhance future growth and ministry. Here is a breakdown of the giving goal and what we are believing God for in this next year:
Giving Goal – $200,000
- Partnering churches/organizations GIVE - $60,000
- LifeStone Church Funds GIVE – $40,000
- LifeStone Church People GIVE – $100,000
We are committing one year to this goal and should we have our goal in hand next year, we would be able to afford a facility, renovations, and monthly costs that will keep LifeStone Church in our community seven days a week as opposed to the one day a week are are here currently.
